Claims (1)
- 発光素子と受光素子とが同一のパツケージ内で
光学的に結合され、入力信号を発光素子で一旦光
に変換しこの光を受光素子で電気信号に変換して
出力する光結合装置において、前記発光素子およ
び受光素子は水平並置され、前記パツケージは透
光性樹脂のみで形成され、該パツケージに、発光
素子から出射される光を受光素子に導く光路を形
成するための傾斜面が設けられ、該傾斜面に、発
光素子から出射される光を受光素子に導くための
反射体が設けられたことを特徴とする光結合装置
。
