Claims (1)
- 絶縁性の基板に設けられた凹部が少なくとも一
部に紫外線透過性を有するカバー部材により覆蓋
されてなる気密性腔部と、その気密性腔部の内外
を通じて設けられた導電パターンと、前記気密性
腔部内固設のＥＰＲＯＭチツプとを備え、前記Ｅ
ＰＲＯＭチツプの端子は前記導電パターンに電気
的に接続されており、前記ＥＰＲＯＭチツプの紫
外線照射面は前記カバー部材における紫外線透過
性を有する部分に臨んでおり、且つ前記気密性腔
部内の空隙は、ほぼ真空状態又は不活性ガス充填
状態であることを特徴とするＥＰＲＯＭ実装構造
体。
