Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 少なくとも１つの運転パラメータを調整し
    、車速を目標車速に制御する定速走行装置におい
    て、ブレーキペダルの踏込み量を検出する検出手
    段と、該検出手段から供給されるブレーキ位置信
    号からブレーキペダルの踏込み量を演算する演算
    制御手段とを備え、該演算制御手段が算出した踏
    込み量を第１の所定基準値と比較し、踏込み量が
    該第１の所定基準値より大のとき、車速制御をリ
    セツトすることを特徴とする定速走行装置。 (2) 前記演算制御手段が算出した踏込み量を、
    前記第１の所定基準値より小さい第２の所定基準
    値と比較し、踏込み量が前記第２の所定基準値よ
    り大、且つ、前記第１の所定基準値より小のとき
    、実車速を新たな目標車速として車速制御する、
    請求項１記載の定速走行装置。 (3) 前記演算制御手段が算出した踏込み量を、
    前記第２の所定基準値より小さい第３の所定基準
    値と比較し、踏込み量が前記第３の所定基準値よ
    り大、且つ、前記第２の所定基準値より小のとき
    、実車速を新たな目標車速として車速制御する一
    方、ブレーキ操作終了後は、目標車速をブレーキ
    操作前の元の目標車速に戻して車速制御する、請
    求項１記載の定速走行装置。
