Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 入力パルス信号より該入力パルス信号の周波数
に応じた周波数で、かつ、予め決められた所定の
デユーテイ比を有するパルス信号を整形出力する
波形整形回路において、 前記入力パルス信号の周波数に応じたタイミン
グで充放電する充放電回路と、 前記充放電回路を一定電流で充電する定電流回
路と、 前記充放電回路の充電電圧レベルに前記所定の
デユーテイ比を乗じたレベルの電圧を前記入力パ
ルス信号の周波数に応じたタイミングで生成する
電圧生成回路と、 前記充放電回路に印加される電圧と前記電圧生
成回路の出力電圧とを比較しその大小関係に応じ
てレベルが変化するパルス信号を出力する比較回
路とを具備してなる波形整形回路。
