- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 溶融半田を収容する主半田槽と、この主半
田槽の内部と外部との間を上下動可能に設けられ
た汲み上げ半田槽とを備えてなり、上記汲み上げ
半田槽の上面に、プリント基板における半田付け
箇所の所望の群に対応して凹部を設けたことを特
徴とする半田装置。 (2) 上記汲み上げ半田槽の少なくとも上面を含
む表面に、チタンコーテイングを施したことを特
徴とする請求項１記載の半田装置。
