    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. プリント基板１０に実装された素子１２を素子
    毎にインサーキツトテスタによつて試験する際に
    プローブ針２４を接触させる試験用パツド１６，
    １８，３２であつて、該試験用パツドが電源又は
    グランドと直接に接続されるパツド１８，３２で
    あつて、前記プリント基板上における該パツドの
    設定位置に抵抗層２２，３４を前記パツド１８，
    ３２と重ねて設けたことを特徴とする抵抗を組み
    込んだ試験用パツド。
