- ダイヤフラムを介してハウジング内に支持され
、電磁力によつて軸方向に移動可能な弁体軸の下
端近くに設けられた環状の溝、この溝に圧入され
る接合部と、弁座に対向する肉厚の閉止部と、前
記接合部と前記閉止部とを接続する薄肉部とから
成る弾性部材、前記弾性部材を支承する弁体プレ
ートを備えている比例制御電磁弁。
