- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 試験信号が供給される固定ボード１と、固定ボ
ード１に取り付けられ、ソケツト３が取り付けら
れるピンユニツト２と、ソケツト３に収容される
接触ピン４と、接触ピン４に接触する座７が取り
付けられ、デバイス８を搭載したＤＵＴボード６
とで構成されるＩＣテスタ用ボードにおいて、 貫通孔１０が開けられた導電性マツト９を固定
ボード１とＤＵＴボード６の間に入れ、導電性マ
ツト９を固定ボード１とＤＵＴボード６に接触さ
せ、貫通孔１０で接触ピン４の部分を包囲するこ
とにより、インピーダンス整合をとることを特徴
とするＩＣテスタ用ボードのインピーダンス整合
機構。
