Claims (1)
- 光照射により光電変換動作するＣＶＤ膜及び電
極を含む光電変換膜、該光電変換膜を支持する導
電性基板、該基板の支持面と上記光電変換膜との
間に配挿された絶縁膜、を備え、上記絶縁膜は、
耐熱性高分子材料の第１の絶縁層と、無機材料の
第２の絶縁層の積層体から構成され、上記第１の
絶縁層は導電性基板の支持面と接することを特徴
とする光起電力装置。
