  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 永久磁石の反発力を利用した１組のラジアル磁
    気軸受と、軸方向磁気力を制御する制御式磁気軸
    受によつて回転軸を軸支し、軸方向吸引力によつ
    て生じるラジアル剛性を利用した１軸制御型磁気
    軸受装置であつて、 少なくとも前記制御式磁気軸受の固定部を軸方
    向に剛に支持するための支持部材と、 少なくとも前記制御式磁気軸受の固定部のラジ
    アル方向を支持するための減衰部材と、 前記支持部材および前記減衰部材を介して前記
    制御式磁気軸受の固定部を支持するための第１の
    固定部材と、 前記ラジアル磁気軸受を構成する１組の反発型
    永久磁石のうち一方の永久磁石が設けられ、前記
    第１の固定部材上に半径方向に移動可能に取付け
    られた第２の固定部材とを含む、磁気軸受装置。
