２は磁極、５は永久磁石、９はモータ、１０は制
御式のスラスト磁気軸受、１５は励磁巻線、１６
は位置センサターゲツト、１７は位置検出センサ
、２０は制御回路、２１，２２，２４，２７はコ
ンパレータ、２３はハイパスフイルタ、２５はＯ
Ｒゲート、２６はローパスフイルタを示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 非制御なラジアル磁気軸受と、ロータと制御用
    ステータを含んで第２の非制御なラジアル磁気軸
    受の機能を有し、軸方向磁気力と釣合うように前
    記制御用ステータが制御される制御式磁気軸受と
    、 軸方向の位置を検出する位置検出器と、 前記軸がラジアル方向に変位を生じたとき、前
    記制御用ステータと前記ロータの対向面間の〓間
    を小さくする方向に、前記制御用磁気軸受が制御
    されるように、少なくともその中心と周縁の高さ
    が異なるような形状に形成され、前記位置検出器
    に対向するように前記軸の一端に取付けられる位
    置センサターゲツトとを含む１軸制御型の磁気軸
    受装置の異常検出回路であつて、 前記位置検出器の出力に現われる前記ロータの
    軸方向位置とラジアル方向の振動をそれぞれ判別
    し、前記ラジアル方向および軸方向の振動振幅が
    それぞれの方向の振動許容量を予め定める時間以
    上越えたとき、異常であることを判別する異常判
    別手段を備えた、磁気軸受装置の異常検出回路。
