続用端子とからなり、かつ前記外装ケースに取り
付けられた一対の端子金具と、 前記一対の端子金具のバネ接点間に弾性的に挟
持された正特性サーミスタ素子とを備えた正特性
サーミスタ装置において、 前記一対の端子金具の少なくとも一方の接続用
端子を、感温変形材料により構成したことを特徴
とする正特性サーミスタ装置。
