することにより前記目的を達成した。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、排水ます用蓋の構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、一般住宅等の排水部より下水道本管に至る途中の敷地内に埋設される排 水ます（“会所ます”，“公共ます”などとも呼ばれる）の頂部には止水及び防 臭用の蓋が設けられている。
【０００３】 これらの敷地の地表面が一般的に水平である場合には、この種の蓋も当然水平 に載置されるよう施工する必要がある。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、この種の蓋用の排水ますの立上がり部の受枠に使用されるパイ プの地表面までの高さを調整するため、鋸等による切断時の加工上面が斜切れ等 により水平でない場合には、これを修正するための水平出し作業が目視検査のみ では困難であり、施工業者は通常、水準器等を利用して水平出しを行っていたた め、その準備と作業に余分の時間を要していた。
【０００５】 本考案は、以上のような局面にかんがみてなされたもので、この種の蓋の設置 施工に際して、特別に水準器等を使用する必要なしに容易に水平出し作業が可能 な蓋構造の提供を目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
このため、本考案においては、排水ます用蓋の表面中央部に凹部を形成すると 共に、その内部に気泡水準器機能を具備することにより前記目的を達成しようと するものである。

【作用】
以上のように、本考案による排水ます用蓋は、蓋部材自体に水準器機能を備え ているため、特別に水準器等を用意する必要なしに、直接的に水平出し作業を行 うことができる。

【実施例】
以下に、本考案を実施例に基づいて説明する。図１（ａ），（ｂ）に、本考案 に係る蓋の一実施例のそれぞれ垂直断面図及び平面図を示す。１は円板状の蓋本 体で、射出成形による合成樹脂製品、もしくは鋳造による鋳鉄製品等があり、そ れぞれ円周下面には、排水ます立上がりパイプ部頂部の受け枠３内に設置するた めの円周受け部２を備えている。
【０００９】 この考案の特徴は、蓋１の表面中央部に浅い凹所４を設け、その内部に気泡式 水準器５を配設したことにある。この気泡式水準器５は、円形のケース６内に適 量のアルコール７等を充填し、封止用の透明カバー８内面に小径の一気泡９を形 成したものである。この水準器５は、単独完成品を用いて凹部４内に接着等によ り固設してもよいことはもちろんであり、また、平面形状は必ずしも円形のみに 限定されることはない。

【考案の効果】
以上、説明したように、本考案によれば、蓋本体内に水準器機能が具備されて いるため、施工時のパイプ斜切り等に起因する水平出しのため別個に水準器等を 準備する必要なしに、直接的に水平出し施工を行うことができ現場作業工数，時 間を節減することができる。
