(57)【要約】 【目的】 本考案は油圧制御弁の取り付け構造に関し、
コネクタ部に接続された配管の増締作業を容易に行うこ
とができるようにすることを目的とする。 【構成】 クロスメンバに工具挿入孔を形成し、油圧制
御弁ユニットのコネクタ部が工具挿入孔を臨む位置に、
油圧制御弁ユニットを配置した。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、油圧制御弁の取り付け構造に係り、特に、クロスメンバに固定され てコネクタ部が締結部材で配管に接続されている油圧制御弁の取り付け構造に関 する。

【従来の技術】
一部の自動車にはアンチロックブレーキシステムが採用されており（例えば、 パーツカタログ、日産ディーゼル工業株式会社１９９０−１０発行）、スリップ 時にブレーキを緩めて走行の安全性を確保することが行われている。このような システムにおいて、各車輪の制動力を制御するために、油圧制御弁が用いられて いる。この油圧制御弁はトラック等の場合ユニットとしてフレームのクロスメン バに固定されており、制御弁ユニットのコネクタ部には油圧通路を構成する配管 が接続されるようになっている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来技術では、コネクタ部に配管を接続した後、制御弁ユニッ トをクロスメンバに固定しているため、組立時に配管をコネクタ部に固定するこ とはできるが、組立た後例えば、作動油のモレが発生した場合コネクタ部に接続 された配管のナットを再び締める作業、いわゆる増締が困難な構造であった。
【０００４】 本考案の目的は、コネクタ部に接続された配管の増締作業を容易に行うことが できる油圧制御弁の取付構造を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は、フレームのクロスメンバに固定された油圧制御弁ユニットのコネク タ部に配管を締結部材で接続してなる油圧制御弁の取り付け構造において、クロ スメンバに工具挿入孔が形成され、コネクタ部が工具挿入孔を臨む位置に油圧制 御弁ユニットが配置されてなることを特徴とする。

【作用】
前記した手段によれば、油圧制御弁ユニット近傍のクロスメンバにはコネクタ 部を臨む位置に工具挿通孔が形成されているため、工具挿通孔から締結用の工具 を挿入して、配管の増締作業を容易に行うことができる。

【実施例】
以下、本考案の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。 図１乃至図３において、車体に固定されたサイドレール１０にはクロスメンバ １２が固定されており、このクロスメンバ１２にはＬ形のブラケット１４，１６ が固定されている。各ブラケット１４，１６には油圧制御弁１８を含む油圧制御 弁ユニット２０が固定されている。油圧源又は車輪に連通する各種配管２２がナ ット２４で固定されている。そして、油圧制御弁１８の作動による油圧が各配管 ２２を介して圧送されるようになっている。又、クロスメンバ１２のうちナット ２４を臨む位置に工具挿入孔２６が形成されている。即ち工具挿入孔２６から組 立時及び増締時にスパナ２８を挿入し、スパナ２８を用いてナット２４の締結作 業ができるようになっている。
【０００８】 上記構成において、各種配管２２をナット２４を用いてブラケット１６に固定 するに際しては、図１に示されるように、組立時にはサイドレール１０の上側か らスパナ２８を挿入してナット２４を締め付けたり、あるいは工具挿入孔２６か らスパナ２８を挿入することによってナット２４を締め付けることができる。又 、油圧制御ユニット２０を組立てた後、定期点検等においてナット２４を締め付 けるときには、工具挿入孔２６からスパナ２８を挿入して、ナット２４の増締作 業を行うことができる。
【０００９】 又、前記実施例によれば、クロスメンバ１２近傍に制御弁ユニット２０を配置 したため、ブラケット１４の軽量化が可能になると共に、クロスメンバ１２に工 具挿入孔２６を形成したため、クロスメンバ１２の軽量化も可能となる。又、サ イドレール１０を貫通する穴の数が減少したため、コネクタの数を少なくするこ とができる。
【００１０】 尚、工具挿入孔２６は、円形、その他の形状の孔が用いられる。

【考案の効果】
以上説明したように本考案によれば、クロスメンバに制御弁ユニットのコネク タ部を臨む工具挿入孔を形成し、この工具挿入孔から工具を挿入できるようにし たため、配管の増締作業を容易に行うことができる。
