    力端子とこの入力端子にドレインを持続されたＮ
    ｃｈトランジスタのソースとグランド間に持続さ
    れた抵抗を備え前記Ｎｃｈトランジスタのゲート
    電位をＨレベルに固定するようにした事を特徴と
    する半導体集積回路。
