    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 定電圧電源回路Ａと、この定電圧電源回路から
    の定電圧を入力して所定の電流Ｉ２を出力する第
    １のトランジスタＱ１と、この第１のトランジス
    タからの出力電流を入力する第１のカレントミラ
    ー回路Ｂ１と、前記定電圧を入力して所定の電流
    Ｉ３を出力する第２のトランジスタＱ３と、この
    第２のトランジスタＱ３からの出力電流を入力す
    るとともに前記第１のカレントミラー回路に流れ
    る電流を入力する第２のカレントミラー回路Ｂ２
    と、前記第２のカレントミラー回路に接続された
    フオトダイオードおよびダイオードと、前記定電
    圧をバイアスとして入力するとともに前記第２の
    カレントミラー回路からの出力を入力電流Ｉｉｎ
    とするヒステリシス付電流コンパレータＣからな
    り、前記ダイオードは前記フオトダオードの逆バ
    イアスを一定電圧にするように接続され、前記第
    １のカレントミラー回路の電流は前記第２のカレ
    ントミラー回路の電流を一定の値以上に維持する
    ように構成したことを特徴とするフオトＩＣ。
