リント配線板、３は放熱板、４はＩＣ、５はＬＳ
Ｉ、６はシヤーシ、７は開口部、８はカバー、９
は隔壁、１０は通風ダクト、１１は放熱フイン、
１２は外部ダクト、１３は冷却空気、１４は溝、
１５は端部、１６はピン、１７は熱伝導ラバー、
１８は矩形開口部、１９は周辺部である。なお、
各図中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 矩形平板状の外形をなし、かつ一面にはグリツ
ド状に配置されたピンを有する電子回路部品と、
上記ピンが挿入されるとともにハンダ付けされた
スルーホールを具備するプリント配線板と、上記
電子回路部品の外形より若干小さな矩形開口部を
有するとともに上記プリント配線板と一面が接す
るように配された板状の放熱板と、上記矩形開口
部の周辺部に設けられるとともに上記電子回路部
品と上記放熱板との双方に対し密着するように配
せられたシリコンゴムを主成分とする熱伝導ラバ
ーとで構成した事を特徴とする電子回路モジユー
ル。
