５図の断面ＢＢを示す図である。 図において、１は電子回路モジユール、２はプ
リント配線板、３は放熱板、４はＩＣ、５はＬＳ
Ｉ、６はシヤーシ、７は開口部、８はカバー、９
は隔壁、１０は通風ダクト、１１は放熱フイン、
１２は外部ダクト、１３は冷却空気、１４は溝、
１５は端部、１６はピン、１７は丸穴、１８は熱
伝導ラバーである。なお、各図中同一符号は同一
又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 矩形平板状の外形をなし、かつ一面にはグリツ
ド状に配置されたピンを有する電子回路部品と、
上記ピンの太さより若干大きな丸穴を備えるとと
もに上記丸穴に上記ピンが挿入された金属製で平
板状の放熱板と、上記電子回路部品と上記放熱板
との間に配され、かつ双方に密着するようになさ
れたシリコンゴムを主成分とする熱伝導ラバーと
上記ピンを挿入するとともにハンダ付けするため
のスルーホールを備え、かつ上記放熱板の上記熱
伝導ラバーと密着する面と反対側の面に接するよ
うに配されたプリント配線板とで構成したことを
特徴とする電子回路モジユール。
