- レーザ発振器において、出力ミラー組立体を支
承するフロント側の共振器プレートとリアミラー
組立体を支承するリア側の共振器プレートとを連
結した共振器ロツドを、低熱膨脹金属よりなるパ
イプ材に形成し、このパイプ材の内周面に、防銹
被膜を形成してなることを特徴とるレーザ発振器
。
