Claims (1)
- 加熱筒にスクリユを挿嵌し、該クスリユを前後
進可能とする射出シリンダを設け、該射出シリン
ダと可変吐出量ポンプを油路で接続し、該油路の
途中に中立位置で該油路を断としソレノイド励磁
時に通とする電磁切換弁を設け、該可変吐出量ポ
ンプと該電磁切換弁とを結ぶ油路の途中から分岐
して電磁式圧力制御弁を設けた射出成形機におい
て、射出開始に先立つてプレ射出開始信号を出力
するプレ射出開始信号出力回路と、該プレ射出開
始信号の出力と同時に計時を開始するタイマと、
該プレ射出開始信号により、該可変吐出量ポンプ
の吐出量および該電磁式圧力制御弁の圧力をそれ
ぞれの設定値に基づき所定の状態に制御するため
の吐出量制御信号出力回路および圧力制御信号出
力回路と、該タイマの計時終了信号により、該電
磁切換弁のソレノイドを励磁して射出を開始する
ためのソレノイド励磁出力出力回路を有すること
を特徴とする射出制御装置。
