Claims (1)
- 半導体ウエーハを搭載するステージと、このス
テージの周囲に取付けられた第１の加熱部と、こ
れらステージ及び第１の加熱部を収納する処理室
と、この処理室の一部を仕切るとともに前記半導
体ウエーハに処理気体を吹き付ける穴を有する遮
蔽板とを備える加熱処理室に導入される前記処理
気体の流路経路途中に第２の加熱部を有すること
を特徴とする加熱処理装置。
