Claims (1)
- 外表面に所定角度をもつて刻設されたスリツト
を有する磁歪シヤフトと、該磁歪シヤフトの外周
側にスリツトと径方向で対向するように配設され
た検出コイルと、該検出コイルによるインダクタ
ンスの変化を電圧出力に変換する検出回路とから
なる磁歪式トルクセンサにおいて、前記磁歪シヤ
フトにはスリツトが刻設された部位の外表面に位
置して該磁歪シヤフトよりも透磁率の高い材料か
らなる高透磁率層を形成したことを特徴とする磁
歪式トルクセンサ。
