Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一端が開放していて且つキヤツプを取り付ける
ことにより密閉され得ると共に、内部に、ウエハ
ーを載置したボートを収容して、ガス入口部から
拡散ガスを供給しながら拡散炉の炉体により加熱
することにより、該ウエハーに不純物を熱拡散さ
せるようにした拡散炉用炉心管において、 該キヤツプが、該炉心管の一端の内部に挿入さ
れることにより、該一端を密閉し得るように形成
されていることを特徴とする拡散炉用炉心管。
