接装置の一実施例を示す斜視図、第４図は両面コ
ネクタを保持するための治具を示す斜視図、第５
図は両面コネクタをプレス装置上の圧接治具に組
み付けた状態を示す斜視図、第６図は多芯ケーブ
ルの芯線を両面コネクタに結線した状態の一例を
示す斜視図である。 図中、１は多芯ケーブル、３は芯線、４は両面
コネクタ、１１は圧接治具、１２は切欠き、１３
は基板、１４は芯線保持部材、１５は外枠部材、
１６は圧接部材、１７は保持溝、１８は圧接刃、
１９は軸、２０はピン、２０ａは頭部、２１はス
プリング、３１はプレス装置、３３はテーブル、
３５はガイド板、３６は押圧部材、３７はリンク
、３８はローラ、４１はハンドル、４２はカム板
である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 多芯ケーブルの芯線を両面コネクタに結線
    するため、芯線を所定の間隔及び配列で保持する
    圧接治具において、 中央部に芯線を挿通させるための切欠きが設け
    られた基板と、 この基板の対向辺部に平行に配置され、布線面
    が上方及び内方に向くように回動可能に支持され
    た一対の芯線保持部材とを備え、 前記芯線保持部材は、断面コ字状をなす外枠部
    材と、この外枠部材の中央部の溝に配置された圧
    接部材とからなり、 前記圧接部材には背面側にピンが突設され、こ
    のピンが前記外枠部材の背面を貫通して外方に延
    出されており、 このピンの突出部に装着されたスプリングによ
    つて、前記圧接部材が常時は前記外枠部材の底面
    に当接するように付勢されていることを特徴とす
    る両面コネクタ用圧接治具。 (2) 前記外枠部材の布線面には芯線を所定間隔
    で保持するための保持溝が形成されており、前記
    圧接部材の布線面には芯線を両面コネクタの所定
    のＵコンタクトに押し込むための圧接刃が形成さ
    れている請求項１記載の両面コネクタ用圧接治具
    。 (3) 前記圧接治具の基板両側を受け入れて保持
    する保持部と、 前記圧接治具を保持し、前記芯線保持部材が内
    方を向いた状態で、前記ピンの頭部にそれぞれ当
    接する一対の押圧部材と、 この押圧部材の内側に移動させて前記ピンを内
    側に押し、前記圧接部材を内側に押し込むプレス
    機構とを備えたプレス装置と、 前記圧接治具との組合せからなることを特徴と
    する両面コネクタ用圧接装置。
