は外筒、４はフランジ、５は赤外線検知素子、６
は金属線材、７は端子、８はウインド、９はジユ
ールトムソン冷却器、１０はフインチユーブ、１
１はノズル、１２はボンベ、１３は弁、１４は配
管、１５はコイル状端子、１６は熱及び電気絶縁
層、１７はハーメチツクシルである。なお、図中
、同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付してあ
る。

Claims (1)
- 金属製の外面に熱及び電気絶縁層を有する内筒
と、この内筒の一端面に設けた赤外線検知素子と
、上記内筒の外面にスパイラル状に巻付けたコイ
ル状の金属線材と、上記内筒の他端面に設けられ
、絶縁材質にてハーメチツクされたコイル状端子
を有する金属製のフランジと、上記フランジの外
周部を接合し、かつ上記内筒を覆うように取り付
けられた金属製の外筒と、上記外筒の上記フラン
ジと接合する端面と相対する端面に取り付けられ
た赤外線透過材料であるウインドとを具備したこ
とを特徴とする赤外線検知器。
