を示す断面図、第２図は従来の赤外線検知器の構
成例を示す断面図である。 図において、１は低温保持容器、２は内筒、３
は外筒、４はフランジ、５は赤外線検知素子、６
は金属線材、７は気密端子、８はウインド、９は
シユールトムソン冷却器、１０はフインチユーブ
、１１はノズル、１２はボンベ、１３は弁、１４
は配管、１５は熱及び電気絶縁層である。なお、
図中、同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付し
てある。

Claims (1)
- 金属製の外面に熱及び電気絶縁層を有する内筒
と、この内筒の一端面に設けた赤外線検知素子と
、上記内筒の外面にスパイラル状に巻付けたコイ
ル状の金属線材と、上記内筒の他端面に設けられ
た金属製のフランジと上記フランジの外周部を接
合し、かつ上記内筒を覆うように取り付けられた
金属製の外筒と、上記外筒の上記フランジと接合
する端面と相対する端面に取り付けられた赤外線
透過材料であるウインドとを具備したことを特徴
とする赤外線検知器。
