を示す断面図、第２図は従来の赤外線検知器の構
成例を示す断面図である。 図において、１は低温保持容器、２は内筒、３
は外筒、４はフランジ、５は赤外線検知素子、６
は金属線、７は気密端子、８はウインド、９はジ
ユールトムソン冷却器、１０はフインチユーブ、
１１はノズル、１２はボンベ、１３は弁、１４は
配管、１５はフレキシブル基板、１６は導体回路
である。なお、図中、同一あるいは相当部分には
同一符号を付してある。

Claims (1)
- 金属製の内筒と、この内筒の一端面に設けた赤
外線検知素子と、上記内筒の外面を導体回路がス
パイラル状に巻き込むように絶縁フイルムに印刷
したフレキシブル基板と、上記他端面に設けられ
た金属製のフランジと、上記フランジの外周部を
接合し、かつ上記内筒を覆うように取り付けられ
た金属製の外筒と、上記外筒の上記フランジと接
合する端面と相対する端面に取り付けられた赤外
線透過材料であるウインドとを具備したことを特
徴とする赤外線検知器。
