- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 両側に矩形状の送り孔を、長手方向に透孔をそ
れぞれ一定間隔で穿設した絶縁性テープに導電パ
ターンを積層するとともに導電パターンの一部を
透孔内に延長してインナリードを形成し、透孔内
に配置した半導体ペレツトとインナリードとを電
気的に接続したＴＡＢリード型半導体装置におい
て、 上記送り孔のコーナー部分に送り孔にかかる押
圧力を緩和させる切欠きを形成したことを特徴と
するＴＡＢリード型半導体装置。
