  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 入力電圧Ｖ１を分割するアツテネータと、 その分割された電圧Ｖ２から、Ｖｃを定電圧と
    し、Ｋ１を定数とするとき、Ｖｃ−Ｋ１，Ｖ２で
    表される電圧Ｖｘを得る演算回路と、 その電圧Ｖｘに比例した電流Ｉｘを上記入力電
    圧Ｖ１が供給される入力端間に接続された素子に
    流す電圧電流変換回路と、 を備えるダミーロード。 (2) 入力電圧Ｖ１を分割するアツテネータと、 その分割された電圧Ｖ２から、Ｋ２を定数とす
    るとき、Ｋ２／Ｖ２で表される電圧Ｖｘを得る演
    算回路と、 その電圧Ｖｘに比例した電流Ｉｘを上記入力電
    圧Ｖ１が供給される入力端間に接続された素子に
    流す電圧電流変換回路と、 を備えるダミーロード。
