Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 筒状をなすボデイ１と、該ボデイ１内に設
けられ、圧力の作用によつて変位するダイアフラ
ム２と、該ダイアフラム２に設けられ、該ダイア
フラム２の変位によつて抵抗値を変化させるダイ
アフラム素子３と、前記ボデイ１に設けられ、前
記ダイアフラム素子３の抵抗値の変化量を外部に
出力する回路部材４とを具えた圧力センサにおい
て、前記回路部材４を保持する基板１３の一面に
導電部材１２を印刷配線し、前記ボデイ１内に、
前記基板１３と付勢部材７とを、前記基板１３の
一面が前記ボデイ１に接触し、かつ、基板１３の
他面に付勢部材７が接触した状態で順次挿入し、
さらに、蓋部材１５を取り付けて前記付勢部材７
を付勢力が作用した状態にしたことを特徴とする
圧力センサ。 (2) 前記付勢部材７は四フツ化エチレン樹脂か
らなる請求項１記載の圧力センサ。 (3) 前記付勢部材７は環状をなすとともに、そ
の外周面には突起７ａが環状に設けられ、この突
起７ａによつて前記ボデイ１内に嵌合するように
なつている請求項１記載の圧力センサ。
