Claims (1)
- パツケージ内に、回折格子を用いた光学的ロー
パスフイルターを装着した固体撮蔵装置であつて
、所定の距離を規定するスペーサーを取り付けた
前記回折格子光学的ローパスフイルターを、固体
撮像素子を収納しているパツケージに設けられた
接着用の段と前記スペーサーとを接着剤で接着す
ることにより、前記固体撮像素子上に所定の間隙
を設けて固定することを特徴とする光学的ローパ
スフイルター内蔵型固体撮像装置。
