[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming horizontal walls of buildings and structures. [Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Tokoku No. 51-29339, Utility Model No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, when rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater leaks to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There was a drawback. In addition, because the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Furthermore, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury at the rising parts during construction. In addition, the board has a complicated side shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear on the decorative surface, which spoils the aesthetic appearance. It was hot. In addition, since all boards have no backing material and the wall base and surface material are in direct contact, condensation forms on the back of the decorative surface, leading to rust and corrosion of the wall base, and the insulation of the wall itself. Fireproof,
It lacks soundproofing properties, fails to prevent deformation of the decorative surface, and has the disadvantages that the board itself is easily deformed and lacks connection strength. Also, among this type of boards, boards with a drop-in type connection structure are known, but they have disadvantages of being inferior in waterproofness and workability. 〓Purpose of the invention〓In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention
At least two horizontal cosmetic pieces form a cosmetic groove having a triangular cross section from the side surface and an inclined surface, and the cosmetic pieces appear to stand out due to the relationship between specular reflection and diffused reflection, thereby enhancing the three-dimensional effect. In addition, by forming a recess between the side surface of the decorative groove and the inclined surface, the line of the decorative groove is almost the same as the line of the horizontal joint with a three-dimensional effect on the wall, giving it a beautiful appearance and improving the decorative appearance. This prevents the surface from warping, twisting, and twisting, and improves economy and workability by making the board wider, and also includes a male connecting part on one side edge of the decorative surface.
A female connecting part is formed on the other side edge, and the height of the side wall of the decorative groove and the side wall of the female connecting part are almost the same, so that when the wall is formed, the decorative piece of the board looks three-dimensional due to shading. In addition, a groove is formed above the insertion edge of the male connector to prevent capillary action and return rain, and caulking material is planted in a part of the groove or near the groove. In addition, the adhesiveness of only the surface layer of the caulking material is removed using heat, powder, organic solvents, etc., making the board easier to handle. The present invention proposes a drop-in type board that can be easily carried out by one worker without requiring any skill. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board A, and includes, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a zinc/nickel alloy plated steel sheet, an aluminum/zinc alloy plated steel sheet (trade name: GULF-AN, GALVALUM STEEL PLATE, SUPERGING), an aluminum plate, and an aluminum plated steel sheet. A surface material made of metal plates (including flat plates and embossed plates) made of one type of alloy plate, copper plate, clad steel plate, vibration-damping steel plate, etc., or a synthetic resin plate formed by one type of roll, press, or extrusion molding. 1 , a core material 22 filled on the back surface of the surface material 1 , and a sheet-like back material 23 covering the back surface of the core material 22 in a sandwich-like structure. That is , as shown in FIG .
It is composed of 6. To explain further, the decorative surface portion 2 is formed from at least one decorative groove 3 formed along the longitudinal direction of the board A and decorative pieces 2a and 2b divided into a plurality of pieces by the decorative groove 3. This makeup groove 3 is the makeup piece 2a.
The side surface 4, which intersects at θ 11 ≒90°), and the inclined surface 5, which intersects the decorative piece 2b at θ 22 <90°), form an approximately triangular cross section, and the side surface 4 and the inclined surface 5 form a substantially triangular cross section. A depression 6 is formed in the middle between the surface 5 and the surface 5. Furthermore, the cosmetic groove 3 is one in the center of the decorative surface part 2 , or is arranged so as to divide the decorative surface part 2 into 3 to 5 parts. 2b: Slope 5 1:3
The ratio is 5:1, and the so-called mirror reflection and diffused reflection between the decorative pieces 2a and 2b, the inclined surface 5, and the decorative groove 3 create a large shadow different from the conventional decorative rib and strengthen the three-dimensional effect of the decorative surface part 2 . The contrast creates a sense of unevenness. In addition, the recessed portion 6 clearly separates the side surface 4 and the sloped surface 5, and the cross section of the joint shown in FIG. This groove improves the design of the wall. The male connecting portion 7 is connected to a decorative groove 3 with one end of the decorative surface portion 2
An inclined piece 8 bent at an angle θ 3 that is approximately the same as the angle θ 2 of the inclined surface 5 of
an engagement groove 12 formed by bending the tip of the insertion edge 9 inward and then outward to form a substantially U-shaped cross section; 12
It is formed from an extension part 14 whose lower edge 13 protrudes outward, and a tongue piece 15 which is bent at the tip of the extension part 14 into a seam shape as required. To explain in more detail, since the inclined piece 8 is bent at an angle θ 3 corresponding to the angle θ 2 between the inclined surface 5 of the decorative groove 3 and the decorative piece 2b, it improves the flow of rainwater and allows rainwater to flow into the joint. This prevents the accumulation of water, promotes the three-dimensional appearance of the joint, and helps increase the working width. Also, on the top surface of the insertion edge 9 is a board A.
A groove portion 10 recessed parallel to the longitudinal direction of the plate and a reinforcing rib (pipe-shaped in the figure) 11 provided at the tip are formed. This insertion edge 9 fits into a fitting groove 20 which will be described later, and the lower edge 19 of the fitting groove 20 is inserted into the engagement groove 12 to make the connection structure of the board A double, and the engagement force
This improves waterproofness and airtightness. In addition, since a void is formed in the connecting structure by the groove 10, capillarity is prevented, and the reinforcing ribs 11 function as a rain return within the connecting structure.
Water resistance is greatly improved. Further, the groove portion 10 functions as a guide or a planting position for planting a caulking material 24, which will be described later.
Further, the tongue piece 15 prevents the tip of the extension part 14 from waving and also prevents injuries caused by the end of the extension part 14 during operation. The female connecting part 16 has a side wall 17 bent inward from the lower end of the decorative surface part 2 at an angle θ 4 corresponding to the angle θ 1 of the side surface 4 of the decorative groove 3, and an upper edge 18 by bending the lower end inward. A lower edge 19 is formed by bending the tip of the upper edge 18 outward to form a fitting groove 20 having a U-shaped cross section, and a tongue piece 21 with the tip of the lower edge 19 bent into a seam shape. It is. To explain further, the lower edge 19 is inserted into the engagement groove 12 when the insertion edge 9 is fitted into the engagement groove 20, as shown in FIG. This helps to further strengthen the engagement force and waterproofness. Further, the tongue piece 21 can be formed into an upper flap shape as shown in FIG. 1, and can hold one end edge of the back material 23, or can be bent into a lower flap shape. The core material 22 is filled in a gutter-shaped portion surrounded by the decorative surface portion 2 , the male connecting portion 7 , and the female connecting portion 16 on the back side of the surface material 1 and mainly provides heat insulation to the board A. It is made of one type of material that has secondary functions such as adhesive, noncombustible material, cushioning material, and soundproofing material. Specifically, it consists of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and it consists of one type of material such as one that is discharged with raw materials, molded, hardened, self-adhesive, or a molded body. It is something. In addition, when using a molded body, the core material 22
Adhesive (not shown) between the surface material 1 and the back material 23
is necessary. To explain further, the core material 22 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for phenol foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, methane). Sodium borate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite grains,
It is made of a material to which one or more kinds of whitebait balloons are added. Furthermore, a recess 22a is provided on the back surface of the core material 22 near the female connecting portion. This recess 22a is used to prevent backlash in the connecting portion when the boards A are connected.
This is to prevent differences in level and to keep the aesthetics of the wall intact. Reference numeral 23 is a backing material that covers at least the backside of the core material 22 to make the board A a sandwich structure, which improves the mechanical strength of the board A itself, as well as a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shielding sheet, a water absorption sheet, a soundproof sheet, and packing. It is useful as a material such as asbestos paper,
Laminated with one or more of kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, etc. It is made of a waterproof or flame-retardant sheet. Reference numeral 24 denotes a caulking material, which is planted in the form of a band or string in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the board A on the upper surface of the insertion edge 9, and is used to make the connecting part of the board A waterproof, packable, and sealed. It is intended to improve sexual performance. The material of this caulking material 24 is, for example, hot melt type, silicone type, polyurethane type, acrylic type, SBR type, etc., acrylic type super water absorbent resin that expands when water is absorbed and shrinks when drying, crystallized water under high heat, etc. It is a type of compound containing borax, sodium metaborate, etc., which releases, foams, and hardens, as well as rock wool, asbestos paper, gypsum sheet, or these noncombustible fibers bound with synthetic resin. It is adhesive, and only the adhesiveness of the surface layer has been removed. That is, the caulking material 24
The adhesiveness of the surface layer is removed by applying heat to the caulking material 24 for a short time, wiping the surface with an organic solvent such as alcohol or a mold release agent, or coating the surface of the caulking material 24 with non-adhesive powder. This is to prevent the caulking material 24 from adhering to other members, hands, etc. during manufacturing or construction, making handling easier. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the caulking material 24 partially adheres the insertion edge 9 and the upper edge 18 in the fitting groove 20 of the upper board A at the connection part of the board A, and seals the connection part. This significantly improves the durability of the wall, prevents air from flowing inside and outside the wall, and greatly improves waterproofness and packability. That is, when connecting boards A as shown in FIG. 4, the caulking material 24 is deformed and its surface area increases, so that the sticky interior appears on the surface, adhering adjacent boards A, and causing the joint parts to become sticky. This greatly improves waterproofness and sealability. Furthermore, since the caulking material 24 is disposed above the insertion edge 9, it prevents rainwater from penetrating into the fitting groove 20, as shown in FIG. It is useful to prevent Further, the specific planting position of the packing material 24 is, for example, a position as shown in FIGS. That is, figures a to e show the caulking material 24 planted in a part of the groove 10, figure a shows the caulking material 24 planted on the reinforcing rib 11 side of the groove 10, and figure b shows the caulking material 24 planted in the groove 10 on the side of the inclined piece 8. The caulking material 24 planted in Fig. c shows the caulking material 24 planted in the center of the groove 10, Fig. d shows the caulking material 24 planted above the reinforcing rib 11 in Fig. A, and Fig. e shows the inserted caulking material 24 in Fig. B. A caulking material 24 also planted at the boundary between the edge 9 and the inclined piece 8,
Figure f shows the caulking material 24 planted on the upper side of the reinforcing rib 11, and Figure g shows the caulking material 24 planted on the boundary with the inclined piece 8 of the insertion edge 9. Here, the sizes of the above-mentioned parts will be briefly explained. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the makeup piece 2
The lengths of b and 2a are L 1 and L 2 respectively, the range of the slope 5 is W 1 , the range of the slope piece 8 is W 2 , and the distance from the tip of the insertion edge 9 to the deepest part of the engagement groove 12 is l 1 , the distance from the tip of the insertion edge 9 to the end of the groove 10 on the inclined piece 8 side is l 2 , the distance from the deepest part of the engagement groove 12 to the edge of the extension part 14 is l 3 , and the distance between Lower edge 1 from the deepest part of the groove 20
The distance to the tip of the side wall 9 is l 4 , the distance from the deepest part of the fitting groove 20 to the lower end of the side wall 17 is l 5 , the range of the recess 21a is l 6 , the height of the side surface 4 is h 1 , the height of the side wall 17 Sao
h 2 and the heights from the decorative pieces 2a and 2b to the back surface of the core material 22 are h 3 and h 4 , L 1 ≒L 2 , W 1 ≒W 2 , l 1
l 4 , l 2 ≦l 5 , l 3 ≒l 6 , h 1 ≒h 2 , h 3 ≒h 4 , and
The relationship is L 1 :W 1 ≒L 2 :W 2 =1:5 to 5:1. Further, the angles θ 1 to θ 4 described above have the relationship of θ 1 ≒ θ 4 and θ 2 ≒ θ 3 . In other words, the above relationship means that when the boards A are connected, the decorative grooves 3 and the joints have a very similar appearance, creating unified lines in the wall, forming a wall with rich design, and also making the slope 5, the slope The piece 8 and the decorative pieces 2a and 2b are used to improve the three-dimensional appearance of the board through specular reflection and diffused reflection. [Construction Example] Now, assume that boards A as shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 4 to form a wall. In addition, for boards A 1 and A 2 , a 0.27 mm thick colored steel plate is used as the surface material 1 , aluminum kraft paper is used as the back material 23, and the core material 22 is made of the surface material 1 and the back material 2.
During step 3, the raw material for polyisocyanurate foam is discharged, reacted and foamed, and then cured and integrated. Also, the caulking material 24 is a hot melt type, and the surface is adhesively bonded with a mold release agent. The reinforcing rib 11 was implanted in the groove 10 on the reinforcing rib 11 side. Therefore, we fixed the extension 14 of the n-th stage board A 1 to the wall base α consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used) via nails β. do. Then the n+

Since at least one decorative groove is formed in the decorative surface part, the strength is sufficiently reinforced to prevent warping, twisting, and flatness, and the decorative surface part does not become mountain-like. Since the male and female joints have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, even one person can perform the work, and the joint width (horizontal) can be kept constant. The board has a double connection structure, which improves waterproofness, airtightness, and engagement force. Since the groove is formed on the upper side of the insertion edge, it prevents capillary phenomenon and functions as a rain cover, improving the waterproofness of the connection part. Since the caulking material bonds between the boards, waterproofing and sealing properties are greatly improved.
Since the surface of the caulking material is not sticky, the board can be easily handled without coming into contact with other components. Since the caulking material is placed above the insertion edge, rainwater will not enter the fitting groove and will not accumulate in the fitting groove. A recess is formed between the side surface of the decorative groove and the sloped surface, and the appearance of the decorative groove and the joint area are made to closely resemble each other, creating a unified horizontal line on the wall and giving the wall a three-dimensional feel. At the same time, the aesthetic appearance can be improved. Makeup piece:
Slanted piece, decorative piece: Because the width of the inclined piece and sloped surface is increased to 1:5 to 5:1, the decorative piece stands out due to diffused reflection and specular reflection, creating a wall with a three-dimensional effect. . The board has a sanderch structure, which greatly improves soundproofing, heat insulation, vibration proofing, fire resistance, condensation resistance, and mechanical strength. Because the board can be made wider, it is easier to construct and the width of the material can be used more effectively.
Excellent economy. There are other effects.
