Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 成形された板付き蒲鉾を搬送部材上に載置して
    、所定の搬送系路に沿つて水平方向へ搬送するよ
    うに構成し、かつその搬送系路における所定の位
    置の幅方向両側には、互いに接近・離隔する方向
    へ移動し得る一対の電極を配置し、その搬送系路
    と各電極との間にそれぞれ下方の繰出しロールか
    ら引出されて上方の巻取ロールにて巻取られる透
    水性フイルムを配置し、その透水性フイルムを中
    間に介在させた状態で前記一対の電極により搬送
    系路の前記所定位置における板付き蒲鉾の板上の
    すり身をその両側から挟み込み、通電加熱によつ
    てすり身を加熱するようにした板付き蒲鉾加熱装
    置において、 前記搬送系路における前記所定位置の幅方向両
    側に、板付き蒲鉾の板の両端位置を規制するスト
    ツパを配設したことを特徴とする板付き蒲鉾加熱
    装置。
