る回転数での減衰特性図である。第５図〜第９図
は従来技術を説明するための図で、第５図は磁気
軸受の一例を示す図、第６図は従来の制御系の構
成を示すブロツク図、第７図は磁気軸受の減衰特
性図、第８図ａ，ｂ，ｃ，ｄ，ｅ，ｆ〜は回転体
と固有振動数とを示す図、第９図は回転数の変化
に対する回転体の固有振動数の関係を示す図であ
る。 １…回転体、２ａ，２ｂ…磁気軸受、３…位置
センサ、４…位置フイードバツクゲイン、５…制
御回路、６…電磁石、７…ローパスノツチフイル
タ、８…増幅素子群。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転体等を含む浮上保持対象物の浮上位置等を
    位置センサで検出し、この位置センサで検出した
    信号をフイードバツクしてＰＩＤ（比例、積分、
    微分）や位相補償等の制御を行なつて磁力制御を
    行ない、上記制御された磁力を用いて前記浮上保
    持対象物を保持するようになされた磁気軸受制御
    装置において、 低周波数帯域の制御特性を損なう事なしに中高
    周波数帯域信号を阻止可能なローパスノツチフイ
    ルタをフイードバツク系に設け、このローパスノ
    ツチフイルタを通して前記位置センサからの信号
    をフイードバツクするように構成したことを特徴
    とする磁気軸受制御装置。
