    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転体を磁気浮上させる電磁石と、回転体の浮
    上位置を検出する位置センサーと、前記電磁石に
    駆動電圧を供給し前記位置センサーからの信号に
    基づいて電磁石の電磁力を可変させる電磁石駆動
    回路と、を備えた磁気軸受装置において、前記電
    磁石駆動回路に、前記位置センサーからの信号に
    基づいて駆動電圧を可変にする駆動電圧可変手段
    を設け、回転体の定常回転時には駆動電圧を低減
    させるようにしたことを特徴とする磁気軸受用電
    磁石駆動回路。
