くその電気的な等価回路図、第５図は焼結体の表
面に銀ペーストを塗布した後、空気中で熱処理し
ものと、中性雰囲気中で熱処理したものの電圧−
電流特性図、第６図は焼結体を４００〜２５０℃
の温度条件で特殊雰囲気中で熱処理した後に、Ｉ
ｎ−Ｇａ合金ペーストを塗布したものの電圧−電
流特性図、第７図はＣｕ電極とした非成形抵抗素
子の電圧−電流特性図、第８図は非線形抵抗素子
の電圧−電流特性図、第９図は従来の非線形抵抗
素子の平面図、第１０図は第９図Ａ２−Ａ２線上
における断面図、第１１図は同じくその電気的等

Claims (1)
- 焼結体の一面にギヤツプを隔てて複数の電極を
設け、他面側に前記電極と対向する複数の電極を
設け、両面側で対向する前記電極を電気的に互い
に導通させた非線形抵抗素子であつて、前記電極
は、Ｃｕ，Ａｇ，ＮｉまたはＮｉ−Ｃｒ合金の一
種以上を主成分とする金属膜で構成したことを特
徴とする非線形抵抗素子。
