Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 回路基板に取り付けられる半導体素子の電
    極パツドと前記回路基板上に設けられたインナー
    リードとをボンデイングワイヤにより接続した半
    導体装置において、前記インナーリードと前記半
    導体素子の間に、前記半導体素子の高さ以上の高
    さを有する絶縁部材を前記回路基板上に設けたこ
    とを特徴とする半導体装置。 (2) 請求項(1)記載の半導体装置であつて、絶縁
    部材の上部には弾性絶縁材が配設されており、こ
    の弾性絶縁材にボンデイングワイヤが押圧してい
    ることを特徴とする半導体装置。 (3) 請求項(2)記載の半導体装置であつて、弾性
    絶縁材は、粘着性を有することを特徴とする半導
    体装置。 (4) 請求項(1),(2)または(3)記載の半導体装置
    であつて、絶縁部材がポツテイング樹脂の流れ止
    めと一体加工されていることを特徴とする半導体
    装置。
