Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 （考案の目的） 本願は石膏ボード製の壁面に棚用ブラケツト等
を取付けたり、同じく石膏ボード製の天井面にフ
ツク等を容易確実に取付けることが出来る、物品
を取付けるための固定具に関する。
出願人は先に（昭和59年８月22日）壁面用取付
具を出願したが、支持力に方向性があり、壁面の
みを対象としたものであり、又壁面に取付ける物
品の形状が限定されていた。しかも寸法が大き
く、取付後も目立ち易く目障りの印象を与えるも
のであつた。
本願は、従来釘又は木ねじにて壁面や天井に取
付けていた物品が相手方材質が石膏ボードの場合
には固着力が小で不安定であつたが、此の場合に
も壁面、天井面の何れにも、凡そ釘や木ねじにて
取付け得る各種の物品を確実に取付けることが出
来る固定具を提供するものである。
〔構成と作用〕
先ず固定具の外径寸法を極めて小とし、釘を斜
めに打込む関係上より、其の固定具の頭部を円錐
形または角錐形として斜面を形成せしめ、固定具
として方向性を皆無とするため、打込み釘は円錐
形の場合３本以上で、角錐の場合には４本以上
で、それぞれ、均衡即ち固定具の中心部に対して
ほぼ同寸法にして互に等ピツチとするものであ
る。
更に固定力を強固とするために頭部斜面より打
込んだ複数の釘が本体底面の中心近傍にそれぞれ
収束せしめる如く釘のガイド孔を開口せしめた点
に特徴を有する。
以下実施例にて図面を参照しながら説明する。
（実施例 １） 主として第１図に於て、固定具１は本体２と頭
部３よりなる硬質合成樹脂製の一体品である。そ
して本体２の底部４は、本体２より一回り小さい
円柱又は角柱である。底部４は考案の要件では無
いが、後述する被固定具の透孔に挿入される部分
で、其の周囲の段部４′にて被固定具の表面を押
圧する。
そして要部である頭部表面の斜面３′には第２
図に示す角錐に於ては其の四斜面にそれぞれ釘の
ガイド孔５として底面４のほぼ中心に向けて貫通
孔が開口している。そして各ガイド孔５は底面４
の中心部近傍にて互に接近して収束するが、ガイ
ド孔５同志が接触することは無い。
なお図示の頭部３は円錐形又は角錐形である
が、破損防止のため頂部は点でなくて平面又は丸
みとすることは自由で、要は斜面を有すれば足り
る。
（実施例 ２） 次に第３図及び主として第４図Ａ，Ｂを参照し
ながら、頭部が円錐の場合について詳述する。図
に於て、３は固定具の頭部、２は同じく本体で、
４は底部である。そして６は壁面等に取り付けら
れるブラケツトの如き被固定具で其の厚さは２粍
である。実施例の固定具１の外径は極めて小さく
８粍である。７は壁面等を構成する石膏ボードで
其の板厚は９粍である。円錐状の頭部３の表面
３′には同心円上で互に等ピツチでガイド孔５が
それぞれ斜めに貫通しその先端は互に接触するこ
となく本体２の底面中心に収束している。図示は
固定具１の底部４が被固定具６の透孔６′内に差
し込まれ、ステンレス製の釘８が３本ガイド孔５
を貫通し、固定具１の底面にて接触することなく
収束し、石膏ボード７に対して60度の角度θにて
打込まれた断面を示したものである。なお本体２
の頭部３頂点は平面であつても差支えないことは
当然である。
本実施例の固定具本体２の外周にはねじ山９が
設けられ、他方円筒形の化粧キヤツプ１０の内周
にも雌ねじが設けられて互に螺合して固定具１を
覆つている。化粧キヤツプ１０に吊垂荷重等が無
いときは特に螺合の必要はなく弾性摩擦嵌着でも
十分である。
（使用例） 第５図及び第６図は何れも被固定具６はブラケ
ツトで前者は棚用１１であり、後者はカーテンレ
ール１２用である。第７図は天井１３に本願固定
具１を固着し、此の場螺合によりフツク１４を取
付けたものである。
（効果） 以上述べたとおり、本願によれば石膏ボードに
対して安定した取付が不可能であつた被固定具
（物品）を壁面や天井に確実に取付け得ることが
出来る。併も其の大いさが極めて小さいので其の
応用範囲は広い。そして取付けに際しては、被固
定具の固有の孔を利用しても良く、無いときはド
リルにて容易に孔明も可能である。更に固定具に
は方向性が無く小形なので、鉛直のみならず傾斜
面及び曲面の壁面や天井にも応用可能であり、取
付後は釘が石膏ボードに対して外側に張つて打ち
込まれているので強度上も安定性能が大である。
更に前記第７図の如き使用法も可能で、日常生活
に寄与するところ極めて大である。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は第２図及び第３図に於ける中心に於け
る縦断面図である。第２図は固定具の頭部が角錐
の場合の全体外観図、第３図は同じく円錐の場合
の全体外観図である。第４図は頭部が円錐の場合
の実施例でＡは固定具の正面図、Ｂ図はＡ図に於
ける矢視Ｂ−Ｂ相当の断面図である。第５図〜第
７図は何れも使用例である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 物品固定具本体２は、其の外形極めて小さ
    く、少くも其の頭部３が円錐状又は角錐状で、
    本体頭部の上表面の斜面３′より３本以上の釘
    用ガイド孔５が本体中心に対し均衡を保持し
    て、其の底面中心近傍にて互に接近して収束し
    且つ接触しないようにガイド孔５が斜めに貫通
    してなる石膏ボード用物品固定具。 (2) 物品固定具１が硬質合成樹脂製で、直円柱の
    本体２と円錐状の頭部３とが一体に形成され、
    固定具本体２の外周にキヤツプ螺着用のねじ山
    が設けられてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)
    項記載の石膏ボード用物品固定具。 (3) 固定具本体２の下方は、該本体より一回り小
    さい底部４を形成し、其の周囲に段部４′を形
    成してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載
    の石膏ボード用物品固定具。
