Claims (16)
- 1.タングステン、亜鉛またはすずの1種またはそれ以上のイオンあるいはそれ を含む化合物で予め処理された約1ないし12の拘束指数を有する変性ゼオライ ト触媒の有効量の存在下に、1ないし約5個の炭素原子を含む1種またはそれ以 上のアルデヒド及び/またはケトンあるいはそれらの混合物を少なくとも1つの 反応剤が1個よりも多い炭素原子を有するようにして、アンモニアと気相におい て、反応させることからなる、高収率でのピリジンまたはそのアルキルピリジン 誘導体の製造のための塩基合成方法。
- 2.有機反応剤がアセトアルデヒド及びホルムアルデヒドであり、かつ該反応の 生成物としてピリジン及びベータピコリンを回収する追加工程を含む請求項1の 方法。
- 3.反応剤がメタノールをも含む請求の範囲2の方法。
- 4.ホルムアルデヒドがパラホルムアルデヒドまたはsym−トリオキサンの形 である請求の範囲2の方法。
- 5.反応剤がアセトアルデヒドであり、そして核反応の生成物としてアルファー 及びガンマーピコリンを回収することを追加的に含む請求の範囲1の方法。
- 6.ゼオライトがZSM−5である請求の範囲1の方法。
- 7.ゼオライトがシリカライトである請求の範囲1の方法。
- 8.ゼオライトが亜鉛の化合物で予め処理された請求の範囲1の方法。
- 9.亜鉛化合物が硝酸亜鉛である請求の範囲8の方法。
- 10.亜鉛化合物が塩化亜鉛である請求の範囲8の方法。
- 11.流動床反応器での使用のためにゼオライトをシリカ及びアルミナを含有す る結合剤中へ配合することを追加的に含む請求の範囲1の方法。
- 12.反応剤がアセトアルデヒド、ホルムアルデヒド及びプロピオンアルデヒド の混合物であり、そして該反応の生成物としてピリジン及びベーターピコリンを 回収することを追加的に含む請求の範囲1の方法。
- 13.ゼオライトがすずの化合物で予め処理された請求の範囲1の方法。
- 14.ゼオライトがタングステンの化合物で予め処理された請求の範囲1の方法 。
- 15.タングステンの化合物がタングステン酸アンモニウムである請求の範囲1 4の方法。
- 16.タングステン、亜鉛またはすずの1種またはそれ以上のイオンあるいはそ れを含む化合物で予め処理された、約1ないし12の拘束指数を有する変性ゼオ ライトの有効量からなる、ピリジンまたはそのアルキルピリジン誘導休の製造の ための塩基合成方法における使用のための触媒。
