Abstract
Description
Claims (24)
- 1.平均寸法約0.05〜10ミクロンの細孔を有する支持体、表面スキン及び 支持体とスキンとの間に位置された中間多孔質域を含み、該中間域は多孔質であ りかつスキンから膜支持体に及ぶボイドが存在しないウイルス粒子の大きさの特 性を示す寸法範囲内の寸法を有する粒子を含有する溶液から該粒子を選択的に分 離する複合不整膜であって、たんぼく質分子量カットオフ約5×102〜5×1 0аダルトンを特徴としかつログ減少値なくとも約3を生じることができ、該ロ グ減少値は直径約10〜100ナノメートルの粒子寸法範囲において粒子直径の 単調に増加する関数である前記複合膜。
- 2.前記中間多孔質域が厚さ約5〜20ミクロンを有する請求項1の複合膜。
- 3.支持体が微孔質腹である請求項1の複合膜。
- 4.中間多孔質域が厚さ約5〜20ミクロンを有する請求項3の複合膜。
- 5.膜支持体がポリニ弗化ビニリデンから形成される請求項3の複合膜。
- 6.膜支持体がポリニ弗化ビニリデンから形成される請求項4の複合腹。
- 7.前記スキン、前記中間多孔質域及び前記膜がポリニ弗化ビニリデンから形成 される請求項3の複合腹。
- 8.中間域厚さ約5〜10ミクロンを有する請求項5、6又は7のいずれか一の 複合腹。
- 9.フラットシートの形状の請求項1、2、3又は4のいずれか一の複合膜。
- 10.中空繊維の形状でありかつ前記スキンが該繊維の外面を構成する請求項1 、2、3又は4のいずれか一の複合腹。
- 11.親水性表面を有する細孔を有する請求項1、2、3又は4のいずれか一の 複合膜。
- 12.溶液から寸法約10〜100ナノメートルの粒子をログ減少値なくヒも約 3で選択的に取り除く方法であって、第1ろ過工程で、該溶液を請求項1の複合 膜のスキンに直接接触させて通してスキンによる粒子の保持を行わせて粒子冨化 溶液を形成し、同時に実質的に粒子の存在しない溶液中の溶質を複合腹の中に通 させることを含み、粒子除去のログ減少値は粒子の直径の単調に増加する関数で ある前記方法。
- 13.粒子がウイルス粒子であり、前記溶液がたんぼく質溶液である請求項12 の方法。
- 14.前記腹の中間多孔質域が厚さ約5〜20ミクロンを有する請求項12の方 法。
- 15.スキン、中間多孔質域及び前記膜支持体をポリニ弗化ビニリデンから形成 する請求項12の方法。
- 16.前記複合膜がフラットシートの形状である請求項12、13又は14のい ずれか一の方法。
- 17.前記粒子冨化溶液の少なくとも一部を循環させて前記複合膜の前記スキン に直接接触させる請求項12、13又は14のいずれか一の方法。
- 18.前記複合腹がフラットシートの形状であり、前記粒子冨化溶液の少なくと も一部を循環させて前記複合膜の前記スキンに直接接触させる請求項12、13 又は14のいずれか一の方法。
- 19.前記粒子冨化流を第2ろ過工程で請求項1の第2複合膜のスキンに直接接 触させて通して第2粒子冨化溶液及び実質的に粒子の存在しない第2溶液を生成 する請求項12、13又は14のいずれか一の方法。
- 20.前記粒子冨化流を第2ろ過工程で請求項1の第2複合膜のスキンに直接接 触させて通して第2粒子冨化溶液及び実質的に粒子の存在しない第2たんぱく質 溶液を生成しかつ第1或は第2粒子冨化溶液の少なくとも一方をろ過工程の一方 に循環させる請求項12、13又は14のいずれか一の方法。
- 21.ウイルス粒子の大きさの特性を示す寸法範囲内の寸法範囲を有する粒子を 含有する溶液から該粒子を分離する複合不整膜の製造方法であって、回転ドラム と固定ローラーとの間にニップを形成し、平均寸法約0.105〜10ミクロン の細孔を有する支持体を回転ドラムの上に位置させ、平滑フィルムを固定ローラ ーの上にニップを通しかつそれを通り越して位置させ、ポリマー溶液をニップに 導入して膜支持体上にコーティングを形成し、塗布されたポリマー溶液を膜支持 体上で凝固させ、塗布されたポリマー及び膜支持体を乾燥させることを含む方法 。
- 22.前記支持体がポリニ弗化ビニリデンであり、前記ポリマー溶液がポリニ弗 化ビニリデン約10〜21重量%を含有する請求項18の方法。
- 23.前記支持体を保護剤で処理した後に支持体に前記ポリマー溶液を接触させ てポリマー溶液中の溶媒が膜支持体に与える悪影響を最小限にする請求項21又 は22のいずれか一の方法。
- 24.前記支持体がポリニ弗化ビニリデンであり、前記ポリマー溶液がポリニ弗 化ビニリデン約19〜21重量%を含有する請求項21の方法。
