Claims (1)
- 陸用ボイラ管寄せの座ぐり開先付母管の一端を
把持し回転及び長手方向移動可能な母管位置決め
装置と、母管の他端を支持する母管補助台車と、
母管の左右に配置された溶接ロボツト及び母管の
座ぐり開先の穴中心と座ぐり底部レベルの座標を
読み取る検出装置と、母管の上部周辺を曲がり管
台を把持して移動可能な管台マテハン装置と、搬
送されてきたチユーブを位置決めする台車と、曲
げ加工を行うベンダと、チユーブの管端開先加工
及び研磨加工を行なう開先加工研磨機と、これら
を同一制御する制御装置とを備えた陸用ボイラ管
寄製作装置。
