Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内部が真空に保たれる真空槽２と、 該真空槽２内の底部２ａに配設され、蒸着物質
を貯留するとともに、この蒸着物質を加熱し蒸発
させる蒸発源３と、 前記真空槽２における天板４下側面４ａに水平
に固定されるとともに、リング状で内周面に歯列
９ａが形成された固定輪９と、該固定輪９と同軸
心で該固定輪９の中心に位置し、外周面に歯列１
０ａが形成された駆動輪１０と、前記固定輪９と
駆動輪１０との間に配設され、各固定輪９及び駆
動輪１０とに互いに噛み合う複数の遊星輪１１と
で構成された遊星機構部８と、 前記遊星機構部８の各遊星輪１１の回転中心軸
１３に水平に設けられ、被蒸着体Ｗを複数支持す
る平板状の保持板１４と、を具備したことを特徴
とする蒸着装置。
