Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 廃棄物を加熱して熱分解ガスを発生させるガス
    化焼却炉と、前記ガス化焼却炉から発生した熱分
    解ガスを加熱源として廃棄物を加熱溶解する溶解
    炉との組み合わせより成り、 前記ガス化焼却炉は、一側面を昇降扉により閉
    塞自在に形成された密閉状のガス化燃焼室を備え
    、 前記ガス化燃焼室の昇降扉により閉塞される開
    口部側には、開口部閉塞時に昇降扉を開口部縁に
    密着させる押圧手段と、開口部開閉時に昇降扉を
    開口部縁から離す隙間形成手段とが設けられ、 前記昇降扉には空気管と、該空気管に連通しガ
    ス化燃焼室に空気を供給する空気供給口とが設け
    られ、 前記昇降扉の空気管は、ブロア側空気管と着脱
    自在に形成されると共に昇降扉が前記開口部を閉
    塞する位置でブロア側空気管と連結され、 前記溶解炉は、一側面を昇降扉により閉塞自在
    に形成された溶解室を備え、 前記溶解室の昇降扉により閉塞される開口部側
    には、該開口部閉塞時に、昇降扉を開口部縁に密
    着させる押圧手段が設けられ、 前記ガス化焼却炉と溶解炉との間には、前記ガ
    ス化燃焼室と溶解室とを連通する熱分解ガス排出
    路が設けられると共に該熱分解ガス排出路の内部
    には前記溶解室に向けて開口した空気供給口が設
    けられていることを特徴とする廃棄物処理装置。
