第３図の−断面拡大図、第７図は一般のロー
タリーバルブの基本構造を示す縦断面図、第８図
及び第９図はそれぞれ噛み込み防止装置を備えた
従来のロータリーバルブの平面図、第１０図はブ
レードと掻き取り縁とのなす角に対する噛み込み
率のグラフ、第１１図は第４図の排出口部分の下
面図（−断面図）である。２１……ロー
ター、２２……ローター軸、２３……ブレード、
２５……ローターケース、２７……排出口、２８
……投入口、３０……傾斜壁、３１……遮蔽部、
３３……掻き取り縁、４０……凹部、４１……エ

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 複数のブレード２３を有するローター２１を
    、ローターケース２５内に水平軸回り回転駆動自
    在に支持し、ブレード２３の形状をブレード回転
    方向前方に向つて開くＶ形あるいは湾曲形とし、
    ローターケース２５の上部に設けた粒体投入口２
    ８に、上方から見て後方に向いてＶ形に開く掻き
    取り縁３３を有する傾斜壁３０と、該傾斜壁３０
    の前部中央部から後方に向つて逆Ｖ字形に突出す
    る遮蔽部３１を設け、該遮蔽部３１の後側尖端部
    ３１ａと投入口後端縁２８ａとの間には隙間Ｐを
    隔て、遮蔽部３１の下面には粒体が複数個通過し
    うる深さの凹部４０を形成し、傾斜壁３０の下面
    には、前記掻き取り縁３３の前端部Ｆを通過する
    時のブレード２３に対して回転方向前方の位置か
    ら回転方向後方側へと延びるエアー抜き溝４１を
    形成したことを特徴とする噛み込み防止ロータリ
    ーバルブ。 ２ 複数のブレード２３を有するローター２１を
    、ローターケース２５内に水平軸回り回転駆動自
    在に支持し、ブレード２３の形状をブレード回転
    方向前方に向つて開くＶ形あるいは湾曲形とし、
    ローターケース２５の上部に設けた粒体投入口２
    ８に、上方から見て後方に向いてＶ形に開く掻き
    取り縁３３を有する傾斜壁３０を設け、ローター
    ブレード２３と掻き取り縁３３とのなす角θ１を
    ４５°以上になるように設定したことを特徴とす
    る噛み込み防止ロータリーバルブ。
