Claims (1)
- 一方の電極を互いに共用した２つのコンデンサ
の前記一方の電極に夫々対応する２つの他方の電
極に夫々放電電極を設けた窒素レーザ用放電電極
装置において、前記放電電極と他方の電極間に隙
間を設け、且つ放電電極に複数の貫通孔を設ける
とともに、窒素ガスを前記放電電極に強制循環さ
せるようにしたことを特徴とする窒素レーザ用放
電電極装置。
