面図、第6〜8図は好ましくない補強リブ形状の
3例を示す、それぞれ入力側デイスクの外側面図
、第9図は本考案の効果を確認する為に行なつた
実験の荷重作用点と測定点とを示す、入力側デイ

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力軸の周囲に支持され、この入力軸から回転
    駆動力を伝達される入力側デイスクと、前記入力
    軸の周囲に、この入力軸に対する回転自在に支持
    された出力側デイスクと、それぞれ前記入力軸の
    周囲に、傾斜角度の調節自在に設けられた変位軸
    に回転自在に支持され、入力側、出力側両デイス
    クの間に挟持されたパワーローラとから構成され
    、入力側、出力側両デイスクの互いに対向する内
    側面を、それぞれ断面が円弧形の凹面とし、パワ
    ーローラの周面を、球面状の凸面として、この周
    面と前記内側面とを当接させたトロイダル型無段
    変速機に於いて、前記入力側デイスクと出力側デ
    イスクとの少なくとも一方の外側面に、放射方向
    に亙る複数の補強リブを形成すると共に、前記補
    強リブを形成していない部分の放射方向に亙る断
    面形状を略円弧形とする事で、前記入力側デイス
    クと出力側デイスクとの少なくとも一方の軽量化
    を図つた事を特徴とするトロイダル型無段変速機
