- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 圧電基板上に表面波励振電極および該表面
波励振電極に対向配置される表面波反射電極が形
成されてなる弾性表面波共振素子と、 該弾性表面波共振素子が貼着される可撓性を有
する素子貼着板と、 該素子貼着板の裏面に一端が取り付けられ、該
素子貼着板を上下方向に押し上げあるいは引き下
げて、前期弾性表面波共振素子を電極面が凹面ま
たは凸面となるように湾曲させる変形力付与手段
と、 を備えることを特徴とする弾性表面波共振子。 (2) 前記変形力付与手段は一端に鍔部が設けら
れるネジからなり、前記素子貼着板には該鍔部が
回転可能に係合される中空部を備えることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の弾性
表面波共振子。
