Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ケーシング内に設けた貫通孔の内部に、該貫通
    孔内を流れる潤滑油の流れに応じて前後動するマ
    グネツト製若しくはマグネツトを内設した被検出
    体が内装され、且つこの被検出体は復帰用バネに
    よつて一方向へ向かつて付勢されるとともに、前
    記貫通孔に隣接してリードスイツチ若しくはホー
    ル素子等の磁気検知手段が配置され、前記マグネ
    ツトの前後動を磁気検知手段により検知すること
    で流体の流れを検知するフローセンサーにおいて
    、 長さ方向に沿つて開設されたピストン嵌合孔２
    ｃに一端面３ａを受圧面となしたピストン３が嵌
    挿され、且つ外周に小径部２ｂが形成されたシリ
    ンダ金具２を貫通孔１ａ内に挿入固定し、前記貫
    通孔１ａの他端側１ｃより、前記貫通孔１ａより
    小径となしたマグネツト６と、このマグネツト６
    を一端側に付勢するバネ５を順次挿入してマグネ
    ツト６で前記ピストン３を押圧すると共に、上記
    シリンダ金具２の小径部２ｂ外面と貫通孔１ａ内
    周面との間に形成された空間４を前記他端側１ｃ
    とを常時連通させた状態となし、且つピストン３
    が一定距離Ｘ摺動したとき、ピストン嵌合孔２ｃ
    内空間と前記空間４とを連通させる連通路２ｄを
    シリンダ金具２に開設したことを特徴とするフロ
    ーセンサー。
