Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 本体と、この本体のフロントパネルとなる透光
    性絶縁基板の受光領域に、透光性の受光面電極層
    、半導体光活性層及び背面金属電極層を積層し、
    少なくとも前記背面金属電極層を部分的に除去し
    てなる光透過部を複数個有するように形成した光
    起電力装置と、この光起電力装置の発電電力を蓄
    積する充電器と、前記光起電力装置の背面側に配
    された、前記充電器に蓄積された電力により駆動
    される照明体とを備え、前記光起電力装置と前記
    照明体との間に所望の表示内容が描かれた表示板
    が備えられたことを特徴とする電光表示装置。
