Claims (1)
- 半導体素子上の電極とフレキシブルテープで補
強された金属細線（以後、フインガーという）を
高温下で加圧治具（以後、ツールという）により
圧着接合され、全体を樹脂封止成形した半導体装
置において、前記半導体素子と接触する恐れのあ
るフインガーの表面に絶縁物を被覆したことを特
徴とする半導体装置。
